- Flexible Practice and Employment Models: Fellowship not required but must be flexible with general radiology and comfortable with breast imaging and light procedural work. Our fellowship trained radiologists elsewhere offer full support with complicated subspecialty studies. Choose from full-time and various part-time employment models. - Highly Competitive Compensation: Highly competitive starting salary with potential higher income with previous work experience. Only 1 year to full parity compensation. Once full parity, enjoy extremely competitive clinical pay with eligibility for additional variable compensation, including administrative, academic, and quality bonuses. 11 – 12 weeks of vacation from day 1.
