BREAST/WOMEN’S IMAGING OPPORTUNITY – Radiology Associates of Ridgewood, P.A. seeks a full-time, board certified radiologist with fellowship training in breast/women’s imaging to complement our well-respected sub-specialized 17-member private practice group, which includes seven fellowship trained breast imagers, to accommodate breast imaging volume growth.

Located in northeast New Jersey in close proximity to New York City, we staff an award-winning 451 bed hospital with two dedicated Breast Centers as well as a private, group-owned outpatient imaging center.  Both facilities are designated as Breast Imaging Centers of Excellence by the ACR.  The breast imaging practice performs approximately 33,000 mammograms, 8,100 breast ultrasounds, 600 breast MRI’s and 3,800 interventional procedures annually. Expertise in all aspects of breast imaging including mammography, ultrasound, MRI, stereotactic, ultrasound and MRI-guided biopsy, and localizations required.  DXA and general ultrasound skills a plus.  State-of-the-art equipment includes Hologic Dimensions full-field direct digital mammography units (all with tomosynthesis capability), stereotactic units (Hologic Affirm prone and upright units with tomosynthesis capability and Eviva/Brevera biopsy systems) , ultrasound scanners and 3 high-field MRI scanners (1.5T and 3T GE magnets) with dedicated breast coils and MRI-biopsy capabilities.
